OpenSight was a customer support automation tool that resolves >70% of customers’ questions by automating actions (like issuing refunds or applying discounts), in addition to providing text-based responses. It was admitted into YC 23W batch and acquired 3 customers with mid 5 digit ARR within 3 months.

As the technical cofounder, I led the team in product and technical execution. We built a semantic search engine and leveraged OpenAI for generative tasks. Our product went live in 2 months and processed hundreds of support tickets a day.
